Vadivelu then instructed one of Veluchamy's neighbours to go to his house and find out what had happened. On Wednesday morning, when Vadivelu called his manager on his mobile, there was no response. According to police, Veluchamy (51), a native of Madurai, was suffering from some ailments and he had reportedly talked about this to Vadivelu on Tuesday. Veluchamy was found hanging from the ceiling of his first-floor house by a neighbour who had gone there to check on Veluchamy after the latter did not respond to calls on his mobile phone.
